Not The Eyeballs You Want On Your Listing Photos
Every week or so we see it again. Someone, either by mistake, or on purpose thinking they're being oh-so-cute-and-clever, puts out a real estate listing that includes a photo with a kid, a pet, or some other hilariously funny item. It goes viral! It's all over the internet! Great, right?!
Not really. Those viral views are unlikely to find the eye of anyone who is actually a potential buyer for the house. In the meantime, the broker is spending their time fielding Twitter and Facebook comments from outer Australigonia, instead of marketing the home to buyers and local brokers.
